COVID-19 safety arrangements

We are reopening to the public on Monday 12 April at 10am.

All visitors (including season ticket holders) to the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park must pre-book.

Pre-book your ticket

Visitors must wear a face covering (in line with Government guidance) in our reception and shop areas. Visitors arriving without a face covering will be able to purchase them in the shop.

Please follow the one way route around the park to ensure social distancing. Hand sanitising stations have been installed around the park for your safety.

We have had to close some exhibits in order to reduce the possibility of potential transmission.

The animal houses currently closed to the public are the Moonlight World, Loris house and the Reptile house. Once precautions are diminished we will notify our visitors when each house is opened.

The on site toilets will be open and available for use. They may be periodically closed for a short time throughout the day whilst they are cleaned.

The shop and cafe will be open, and payment by card is encouraged.
