Procurement terms and conditions

The terms and conditions on this page apply to all procurements where the quotation process was followed and noted in the documentation. This is regardless of any terms and conditions that you may have sent us with your quote or any terms and conditions that you accepted (or claim to have accepted) with the quote.

Contracts tendered above the procurement threshold (£177,892 ex VAT) have Terms & Conditions specific to that project in more depth; therefore, they apply, not these below.

Any contracts awarded on a Purchase order would be subject to the specific terms and conditions issued under those specific contracts.
