About the planning committee
The planning committee is responsible for larger and more sensitive planning applications – around 10% of all applications we receive.
It allows planning applications to be discussed and allows those who may be affected by them to comment.

The planning committee meets at 11am in rooms 3 and 4, Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B3 3AA, on:
