Business mail print and send

With our hybrid-mail system, your employees can send mail from anywhere, with no need for local printers, stationary supplies or franking machines. It's fast, simple and reliable. Best of all, postage rates can be up to 50% lower than standard, thanks to our Royal Mail C9 DSA Licence. We currently send over a million pieces of mail every year, all printed, packed and sent from our Digital Mail technology centre.

How does it work?

Staff simply send letters to print in the same way as if using an office printer. Their outgoing mail is sent directly to our systems, whereupon it's printed, packed and pre-sorted into delivery zones before it leaves the Digital Mail Centre, meaning it can go straight into the delivery network.

Case Study - NHS University Hospitals Birmingham

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has four post rooms across four locations, franking and sending mail. With a large number of items being sent to patients and colleagues every year, there was clearly potential for savings to be made by introducing a lower cost alternative.

The Trust approached us about our Hybrid Mail print and send service, and for the past two years, we have processed over a million items of outgoing mail per year for UHB staff. This has resulted in savings of over £250,000 per annum compared to standard postage rates.
