A talk by Birmingham-based author Freeha Ahmad, based on the book Problems Are Presents.
The session explores how beliefs about ourselves can shape confidence, relationships, emotional wellbeing and decisions.
The session includes:
- examples of common limiting beliefs, including feeling not good enough
- reflection on how these beliefs can affect everyday life
- discussion of confidence, self awareness and personal growth
- time for audience reflection, discussion and questions
