A reflective session on recognising and changing limiting beliefs.

A talk by Birmingham-based author Freeha Ahmad, based on the book Problems Are Presents.

The session explores how beliefs about ourselves can shape confidence, relationships, emotional wellbeing and decisions.

The session includes:

  • examples of common limiting beliefs, including feeling not good enough
  • reflection on how these beliefs can affect everyday life
  • discussion of confidence, self awareness and personal growth
  • time for audience reflection, discussion and questions
