- This application seeks permission to place high-quality, removable outdoor seating, tables and barriers directly outside the frontage of 92 Degrees Coffee at Multistory, 2 Colmore Square.The proposed area will provide a managed space for customers to enjoy refreshments etc, enhancing the vibrancy of the local street scene and supporting the 'café culture' encouraged within the Colmore BID. All furniture has been selected for its aesthetic appeal and high quality durability.We are committed to maintaining a clear and safe pedestrian right-of-way (minimum 2-meter clearance) and will ensure the area is kept clean, tidy, and free of debris at all times. All furniture will be stored internally outside of operating hours.

- Staff will regularly monitor the area to ensure customers do not congregate outside the designated borders and perform perimeter checks every 30-60 minutes to clear disposables, wipe tables, and ensure no wind-blown litter escapes the area. No outdoor speakers or amplified music will be used. Front-of-house staff will politely intervene if customer behavior becomes disruptive to neighboring businesses or the general public.
