Located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, GREXP Ltd, trading as Grill Express is a popular middle eastern food spot. As part of our on going commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, we are seeking to extend our seating area outdoors by utilising a section of the pavement.Given the popularity of our restaurant and the high foot traffic in the area, we frequently welcome a large number of customers. This often results in extended wait times, particularly during peak hours. By introducing outdoor seating, we aim to accommodate more guests, reduce waiting times, and enhance overall customer comfort. This additional space will also allow us to optimise operations and improve service delivery.Introducing outdoor dining particularly during the warmer months will create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, adding to the character and charm of the neighbourhood. We believe this extension will not only benefit our business but also contribute positively to the local area.We understand the importance of maintaining public safety and ensuring pedestrian access is not impeded. All seating arrangements will comply with local authority guidelines, with careful consideration given to safety and accessibility. Additionally, we are committed to maintaining a clean and tidy outdoor space and will promptly address any concerns raised by neighbouring businesses or residents. We already have the pavement license currently to operate but we would like to renew.
