Three offences relating to conditions at Spice Menu, 88 Weoley Castle Road, Birmingham. The premises was not kept clean. Floors, walls, touchpoints, pipes, extraction fan canopies and drainage channels in the kitchen were dirty and greasy and kitchen equipment was dirty, including the cooking range and refrigeration units. There were gaps and holes in the walls of the kitchen, and damaged flooring and equipment. Cockroaches were found throughout the premises including the kitchen where food was being prepared.
