Offence details

The Company and Director each pleaded guilty to six offences relating to a number of disposable vapes seized from Simply Local, 51-52 Stephenson Street, Birmingham and Simply Local, 84 New Street, Birmingham. The vapes on display did not comply with regulations and gave the impression they could be legally sold when they could not. The nicotine-containing liquid exceeded 20 milligrams per millilitre and in each case the capacity of the tank exceeded 2 millilitres.
