Each defendant pleaded guilty to nine offences following an inspection at Joel’s Convenience, 12 Bodington Road, Birmingham. 1089 illegal vapes were seized as they did not comply with regulations in that the nicotine-containing liquid in the single use cartridge, or tank volume exceeded 2 millilitres, and the capacity of the tank exceeded 2 millilitres, additionally the Nicotine-containing liquid contained nicotine in excess of 20 milligrams per millilitre.
