- 10 offences; being a trader at Bob Shop 6, 348 Ladypool Road, Birmingham, B12 8JY where 705 vapes, 11 packets of various brands of cigarettes, 114 packets of oral snuff and 72 packets of hand rolling tobacco were seized. As Director of the Company he exposed or possessed for supply disposable electronic cigarettes which did not comply with the regulations and created the impression that the products could legally be sold when they could not. Cigarettes and Tobacco bore signs identical to or likely to be mistaken for a registered trade marks without the consent of the trademark holders. Disposable electronic cigarettes did not comply with regulations in that the nicotine-containing liquid in the single use cartridge, or tank volume exceeded 2 millilitres additionally the nicotine-containing liquid contained nicotine in excess of 20 milligrams per millilitre. The 114 packets of smokeless tobacco intended to be used as oral snuff sezied is banned for supply. As Director he possessed criminal property, namely tobacco products, on which no chargeable duty had been paid.
