Three offences relating to conditions found at Rednal Superstore, 33-35 Edgewood Road, Rednal, Birmingham on two occasions. The Company failed to comply with two Hygiene Improvement Notices, in that they failed to implement procedures based on the HACCP principles and failed to ensure that the sole food handler was supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters. During a second visit permanent procedures based on HACCP had still not been implemented.
