Found guilty in absence of 17 offences relating to conditions found at Shinwari Darbar, 822 Stratford Road, Birmingham B11 4BS on five separate occasions. There was no hot water to the wash basin in the servery and no permanent procedures based on HACCP. There was evidence of cockroach activity in the servery, toilet lobby area and kitchen. The premises was dirty and in poor condition. The customer/staff toilet opened directly into the servery/customer seating area in which food was being stored and handled. There was evidence of mice in the servery.
