Three offences relating to conditions at Caffe Nero, Unit 27a, New Street Station, New Street, Birmingham, B2 4QE. There was evidence of mouse activity throughout the premises. There were gaps in the premises which could permit the ingress of mice. The premises was not kept clean in that, the floors, shelving, a socket, pipework and the grease trap were dirty. A chest freezer lid was also damaged.
