- Five offences relating to conditions at Thai Express, Unit 36, Grand Central, Birmingham. There was evidence of mouse activity throughout the premises, and there were gaps in the premises which could permit access to pests. The premises was not kept clean; floors, shelving, pipework, equipment, a grease trap, fixtures and walls were all found to be dirty. There were two heavily scored green chopping boards. Wrapping materials were not protected against contamination, in that there were mouse droppings on brown paper bags in the kitchen used to package spring rolls.
