Offence details

Six offences relating to conditions found at Hajee Ghani, 824 Stratford Road, Birmingham during two food hygiene inspections. There were inadequate procedures based on the principles of HACCP to ensure food was handled and sold safely and hygienically. There was evidence of cockroach activity and the premises was dirty and in poor condition. They failed to have up to date and accurate information with regards to which of the 14 prescribed allergenic ingredients were in the food served at the premises.
