Five offences; two offences of having in possession for supply at Wine O’Clock, 4 Silver Street, Kings Heath, Birmingham, bottles of alcohol of above 30% abv and above 35cl in size, namely ten x 1 Litre bottles of 37.5% abv Smirnoff vodka and two x 1 Litre bottles of 40% abv Famous Grouse whisky, that did not bear UK duty stamps. Two offences of possesing for supply 239 disposable cigarettes which did not comply with regulations in that the tank volume exceeded 2 millilitre and one offence of not excercising due diligence to ensure the products complied with the requirements.
