12 offences following four separate inspections at Food Corner at 524 Green Lane, Birmingham B9 5QQ. There were no permanent procedures in place based on the HACCP principles. There was evidence of mouse activity including droppings and dead mice in the premises. The premises was dirty and in poor repair. The servery wash hand basin did not have a supply of hot water, nor did it have hygienic hand drying facilities. The servery wash hand basin pipework was leaking. Incorrect and unverifiable information was provided regarding the allergenic ingredients within foods served at the premises.
