- Eight offences relating to conditions at Rodroj Fish & Chips, 39 Smallbrook Queensway, Birmingham, B5 4HQ during two separate inspection dates. The Company failed to comply with four Hygiene Improvement Notices which required they have up to date and accurate information available for all food and drink with regards to the 14 prescribed allergens, ensure staff receive adequate training, put in place, implement and maintain permanent procedures based on the HACCP principles and to carry out works to ensure that the toilet does not open directly into a room handling food. During the second inspection, the company had no procedures in place based on HACCP principles, drainage facilities were inadequate, lavatories opened directly into food rooms and there was no evidence that staff had received adequate training.
