Six offences, one offence of possessing disposable electronic cigarettes for supply at Bob Shop 12, 753 Alum Rock Road, Birmingham which were found to be illegal in terms of the maximum legal tank capacity being more than the 2 millilitre requirement, one offence relating to electronic cigarettes where the nicotine-containing liquid contained nicotine in excess of 20 milligrams per millilitre, one offence relating to the packaging not carrying the required health warnings, one offence of possessing goods for sale, namely Richmond King Size cigarettes, which bore a registered trademark without the consent of the trade mark holder, one of creating the impression that products could be legally sold when they could not and one of exposing for supply disposable electronic cigarettes which did not comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2008.

10 month prison sentence suspended for 18 months.
