Four offences relating to conditions at Quickfry Chippy, 153 Anderton Road, Birmingham, B11 1ND. There was a cockroach infestation within the premises, a cockroach was found on a shelf and on a chopping board in the kitchen near open food. Cleaning procedures and pest proofing was extremely poor and the structure of the premises was unsuitable allowing access to pests. Raw cod fillets and vegetables were exposed to a risk of contamination.
