- Eight offences relating to conditions at Rai Catering Function Hall/Hockley Brook Restaurant, 68 Nineveh Road, Birmingham during two separate inspections. The premises was not kept clean, in that, floors, walls, touchpoints, pipes, extraction fans/canopies and drainage channels in the kitchens were dirty and greasy. There were holes at the bottom of the exit door in the dry storeroom and there was a gap under the fire exit door in the large function hall allowing access to pests. Mouse droppings were found throughout the premises. A mouse dropping was found on a shelf next to dry food and metal serving or dining dishes.
