- Five offences relating to conditions found at Hockley Roti Junction at 1 Hockley Circus, Birmingham. The premises was dirty and poorly maintained. Mouse droppings were found throughout the kitchen. Foods were uncovered and left cooling in an exposed area of New Bingley Hall. Dirty towels were covering onions, equipment was not clean and chopping boards were in a poor condition. Food was stored in non-food grade plastic containers and there were no procedures in place based on HACCP principles.
