- One offence of conspiring with others to offer goods for sale, namely clothing, footwear and mobile phone accessories, which bore, or the packaging of which bore, a registered trademark without the consent of the trade mark holder. The goods were seized from a commercial unit at Clyde Street c/o 70 Warwick Street, Birmingham and from two vehicles parked outside. Branded counterfeit labels, badges and packaging along with counterfeit manufacturing plates were also found at the unit. Sentenced following a Newton Hearing.
