Six offences relating to conditions found at AJ International, 539 Stratford Road, Birmingham B11 4LP on two separate dates. During the first inspection, there was an active mouse infestation in the premises, the premises was not kept clean and there were mouse droppings found throughout the premises. During the second inspection, six months later, there was mouse activity, the premises were not kept clean and mouse droppings were found throughout. Pest proofing was extremely poor and the structure of the premises permitted access to pests.
