Two offences relating to conditions at Classic Cuisine, Unit 9 Parkway Industrial Estate, Heneage Street, Birmingham. Equipment was not kept in good order and repair in that a damaged metal blade for a machine used for the preparation of potatoes was found in a tray of equipment in the kitchen production area. There were no permanent procedures based on HACCP principles.
