Company and Director pleaded guilty to five offences following an inspection at Diamond Food and Wines, 1001-1003 Tyburn Road, Birmingham. Four offences of having in possession, custody or control, in the course of a business 1,705 packets of cigarettes and hand rolling tobacco which bore a sign identical to or likely to be mistaken for registered trademarks, namely Benson & Hedges, Richmond, Lambert & Butler and Amber Leaf, without the consent of the trademark holders and one offence of having in possession for supply vapes where the tank volume exceeded 2 millilitres.
