Offence details

Four offences relating to conditions at Kyoto Sushi & Grill, Unit D101, The Arcadian, 72 Hurst Street, Birmingham. There was mouse activity throughout the premises and gaps which could permit the ingress of mice. Floors, a freezer, pipework, walls, equipment wheels, the teppan, a wok cooker and shelving were dirty. The knife holders were taped up. Flooring was damaged in the storage and pot wash/cooking areas and chest freezer lids were worn. Equipment was not kept in good condition and repair, in that chopping boards were heavily scored.
