Two offences: one of conspiring to defraud customers purchasing second-hand vehicles from 101 Vibart Road, Yardley, Birmingham by dishonestly making false representations as to the previous ownership, service history, maintenance, condition and roadworthiness of the vehicle and the identity and business address of the seller of the vehicles and one offence of transferring and/or converting criminal property, namely the proceeds of the sale of falsely described motor vehicles.
