The offences relate to seizures made by Trading Standards at two commercial premises, 751B, Stratford Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham (seizure made on 27 July 2018) and Unit 10, The Souk Shopping Centre, 846-848 Stratford Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham and a white Citroen van (seizure made on 30 December 2019).

Found guilty following trial.
