- Six offences relating to conditions found, on three separate inspection dates, at Parathawala, 401 Alum Rock Road. On the first occasion, rat droppings were found throughout the premises and packets of sugar and flour had been gnawed by rats. There was an accumulation of rat droppings, grease, dirt and food debris throughout the premises on floors, walls and surfaces close to where food was being prepared. On the second offence date, rat droppings were found, there were ingress points for pests and the premises was not clean, with a build up of dirt, debris and droppings. On the third offence date, live cockroaches were found behind the front servery on food storage shelves close to food storage and preparation areas. There was an accumulation of cockroach frass, dirt and food debris throughout the premises on floors, walls and surfaces.
