Four offences relating to conditions found at Joy Express, 120 Great Hampton Row, Birmingham, B19 3JN. The premises was not kept clean, there were cracked floor tiles in the butchery and on the shop floor and visible dirt on a bandsaw in the butchery. Adult and juvenile cockroaches were found within the premises. There were holes in the ceiling, at wall/floor junctions and around plug sockets. There were no permanent procedures based on HACCP.
