One offence of being a home carer to an elderly gentleman who lived on his on with eyesight problems. Mr Hussain dishonestly abused that position by acquiring bank statements, possessing unauthorised photographs of bankcards and bank statements belonging to the gentleman and using them without his consent in order to make purchases through the unauthorised use of his bank details.
