Offence details
Five offences relating to conditions found at Chaska and Chaii, 142-144 Ladypool Road, Birmingham on two separate dates. There was evidence of mouse activity in the ground floor kitchens. The premises was not kept clean and there was a build- up of grease and dirt on gas hobs/stoves. There was an accumulation of food debris and grease to lower levels of food equipment, fixtures and fittings in the front service kitchen. The kitchen floor, behind, beneath and between equipment was littered with mouse droppings and there was an accumulation of dirt and food debris. Wall surfaces and door frames in the back kitchen were dirty. Plastic food containers were greasy.
