Five offences relating to conditions at Jin Li, Unit B201 The Arcadian, 70 Hurst Street, Birmingham on two separate dates. Mouse droppings were found throughout the kitchen, on shelves in the kitchen and work tops. There was a build-up of grease underneath the wok range and the floor was greasy. A white chopping board was dirty and badly scored.
