Three offences relating to conditions found at Antep Turkish Cuisine, 368-370 Ladypool Road, Birmingham. There was evidence of cockroach and mouse activity. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen and mouse droppings throughout the premises. Equipment in the front kitchen was dirty. There was grease and food debris on an element of the freezer in the kitchen and food debris and grease on the floor in the front kitchen.
