Three offences relating to conditions at Abims Food & Wine, 302 Green Lane, Birmingham. There was evidence of mouse activity throughout the premises and significant amounts of mouse droppings throughout the shop. There were large amounts of dirt and debris underneath shelves, down the side of shelf units and on the floor of the shop. There was a gnawed hole found in the rear stock room.
