Normal Opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 5pm

To become a member of be active (gym/swimming) you will need two forms of ID with your name and address on. The following will be accepted:

Council tax bill – paid to Birmingham City Council
Utility bill
Tenancy agreement
Driving licence
Bank statement
Benefit statement
Medical card
For customers living in residential hostels or similar communal accommodation, a letter on official letterhead confirming residential status and signed by the manager of the accommodation is acceptable.
