Free at Last is a Birmingham charity helping children, young people and the wider community of Nechells.
The community organisation provides a wide variety of opportunities, activities, mentoring and support, with the aim of enabling and equipping young people and their families to become resilient and independent.
Their youth club offers sports such as rugby, judo, cycling and even residential trips. Welfare benefits and debt support is also available at the centre.
