The Recovery Foundation is a mental health charity based in Walmley. Their mission is to support people to find, grow, and sustain hope.
The charity is run by professionals with their own lived experiences of mental illness. Over the past two years, they have supported and walked alongside over 200 individuals in their recovery.
The Recovery Foundation offers many different programmes and groups to support people through times of crisis.
Counselling and signposting services, alongside courses, are available to help people to learn new skills, socialise, and to help improve their mental health.
The hub is also a Warm Welcome space.
