To become a member of be active (gym/swimming) you will need two forms of ID with your name and address on. The following will be accepted:

• council tax bill – paid to Birmingham City Council

• utility bill

• tenancy agreement

• driving licence

• bank statement

• benefit statement

• medical card

For customers living in residential hostels or similar communal accommodation, a letter on official letterhead confirming residential status and signed by the manager of the accommodation is acceptable.

Gym: Monday to Sunday, 11am to midday

Swimming: Monday to Wednesday, 10:30am to 11:30am // Thursday, 2:30pm to 3:30pm // Friday, 11am to midday // Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 8am
