- The Large Scale Shared Accommodation Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by Cabinet on 26 April 2022. The SPD provides detailed guidance to support the implementation of policies in the Development Management in Birmingham Development Plan Document and Birmingham Development Plan in relation to Large Scale Shared Accommodation.
