Andy is author of the definitive book on balti entitled 'Going For A Balti' and 'The Regeneration Game' which tells the story of the Jewellery Quarter's regeneration. Andy is also Chair of the JQ Pen Museum'

Before partial retirement, he was also Operations Director for the Jewellery Quarter Regeneration Partnership for ten years overseeing the regeneration of the area.
