The invitation is to Mrs M Tomkinson to attend a fancy dress ball hosted by The Mayor and Mayoress of Kidderminster on 24 May 1887. The scrapbook was compiled between 1860 to 1912.
Presented to Birmingham Libraries by Mrs A F Dauglish, The Delves, Habberley Road, Kidderminster in November 1957.
