‘Buffalo’ Bill Cody was one of the 19th century’s greatest entertainers, and his Wild West Show visited Birmingham on a number of occasions. In 1900, he was captured by a local amateur photographer. The resulting images include not only Cody, but also Indians, Cossacks and other horsemen that featured in his show.
