I see them on their winding way song sheet cover

Front cover of "I see them on their winding way" song sheet, third edition sung by Mr Sinclair of the Theatre Royal Drury Lane (circa 1830). The words are from an unpublished poem by the late Bishop Heber. The melody and accompaniment by B Hime, Liverpool.

The cover shows soldiers or knights riding on horseback with banners flying through woodland at night with moonbeams illuminating them.
