One of six rust granite plaques, each with gold-coloured enamel, fixed to one of the eight sides of a granite planter. The planter all has vases (for flowers) along its base.
You can lease a plaque for 10 years at Lodge Hill Cemetery and Crematorium. At the end of the 10 years it may be available for renewal, but this isn’t guaranteed. - Order form
