How to Contact Me
I am currently holding on-line advice surgeries. Details of the next surgery are below or you can contact me by email roger.harmer@birmingham.gov.uk.
Advice surgeries are where you are able to visit your local Councillor for your Ward, with any issues or concerns that you have, please check who your local Councillor is before attending the advice surgery.
Councillors will always try to attend their advice surgeries; however, there may be times, when an advice surgery has to be cancelled or changed at short notice. There is no legal requirement for Councillors to keep the advice surgery open for the full time.
Please do not join before the advertised day and time of the surgery, as I will not be available to speak with you. If you are waiting in the lobby when you join, please bear with me, it means I have already admitted someone into the surgery and I will let you in, when the surgery is clear to have a discussion with you.
I hold my surgery Every Monday (excluding bank holidays) between 6.00pm – 7.00pm, please Join Advice Surgery to discuss your issues or concerns with me as your local Councillor.
If you are unable to make the date and time above, please send me an email to request an online meeting, with preferred date and time and I will try my best to accommodate your request and will send you a calendar invite.
