West Midlands Shareholders Airport Committee (WMSAC)

The West Midlands Shareholders Airport Committee is a joint committee of the 7 West Midlands Districts Councils' Executives. It exercises powers and rights of the districts, as shareholders, in matters relating to Birmingham Airport Holdings Limited, as well as making appointments.

The committee started following the dissolution of the West Midlands Joint Committee on Friday 19 November 2021.
