Use of Parks Use of Parks - Fees and charges Note you will not have sole use of the park site while your event is taking place and the park will still be open for other park users. Check our fees and charges for your event at your chosen park. Details of your application may be shared with stakeholders - for example, emergency services. If you are raising money for charities, you will need to attach written confirmation (on headed paper) from the charity's head/local office to confirm that proceeds from the event will be donated to them. Approval will not be given without this information. You will be able to do this while completing the form.
